摘    要:隧洞涌突水是隧洞施工过程中的一个重要岩溶水文地质问题,特别是隧洞在可溶岩径流区附近穿越时,其涌突水问题可能将是制约性工程问题。隧洞遭遇严重涌突水,直接影响工程施工,对工程本身形成一定程度制约因素,此类问题影响工期、造价等,严重时影响工程的成立与否。通过研究适宜的防治对策,对隧洞施工过程中涌突水灾害,坚持"预防为主,防治结合"、"有疑必探,先探后掘"的方针,采取"探、放、堵、截、排"综合措施。立足于采取主动措施,防范于未然,同时提前拟定处理预案,以应不时之需。

Abstract:Water inrush is an serious karst hydro-geological problem in tunnel construction process, especially in the vicinity of the soluble rock runoff area. Water inrush may impose constraints on tunnel engineering and directly affect construction, which may delay the construction and increase cost or even make the project unfeasible. To prevent and control water inrush hazards in the construction process, we adhere to the principles of "prevention first, combining prevention and control, clarifying every uncertainties and tunneling after exploring" and adopt comprehensive measures of prospecting, releasing, blocking, cutting off and discharging through studying on appropriate countermeasures. We take pro-active measures and prepare plans in advance so as to make quick respond to abrupt events.
