摘    要:锦屏一级、二级水电站工程规模巨大,安全监测系统复杂。通过大量的调查分析研究,最终确定了锦屏一级和二级水电站自动化安全监测系统的网络层次及拓朴结构、系统供电及防雷措施、设备配置等。锦屏水电站"一厂两站"管理模式的高度统一,也大大提高了安全监测系统运行的可靠性。对监测自动化系统的主要创新点,以及相关的施工设计和运行维护管理工作方式及成效进行了介绍,以期为类似工程提供经验借鉴。

Abstract:The engineering scale of Jinping I and II Hydropower Stations is huge and the safety monitoring system is complicat-ed. Through a great number of investigations, analysis and studies, the network hierarchy and topology structure, system power supply and lightning protection measures, device arrangement etc. for the automatic safety monitoring system of Jinping I and II Hydropower Stations were determined. The highly unified"one power plant and two stations" management mode greatly improves the operation reliability of the safety monitoring system. This paper introduces the main innovations of the safety monitoring sys-tem, the related building design, and the operation and maintenance management mode as well as the achievements to provide ex-perience reference for the similar project.
