摘    要:针对以蜂窝为代表的多孔结构高粘性材料灌注质量差、效率低的问题,提出了一种灌注力位可控的高粘性材料自动灌注控制方法,设计了一种多孔结构高粘性材料自动灌注装置。通过不规则芯孔高粘性材料灌注过程分析,建立了力位协同灌注控制模型,设计了基于力实时反馈的灌注位置补偿算法,并定制了灌注过程期望运动轨迹。最后,通过SIMULINK仿真实例验证,所提出的控制方法能够有效跟踪控制力-位关系,保证灌注质量。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of poor perfusion quality and low efficiency of high viscous materials in porous structure,represented by honeycomb,an automatic perfusion control method of high viscous materials with controllable perfusion force and position was proposed.An automatic perfusion device of high viscous materials with porous structure was designed.By analyzing the perfusion process of high viscous materials in irregular core holes,a force-position cooperative perfusion control model was established,a perfusion position compensation algorithm based on real-time force feedback was designed,and the desired motion trajectories of the perfusion process were customized.Finally,a SIMULINK simulation example verified that the proposed control method can effectively track and control the force-position relationship and ensure the perfusion quality.
