摘    要:针对汽车新品研发中其检具设计效率不高等问题,提出一种基于模板的汽车检具模块化变型设计方法。明确产品数模与检具结构件之间的参数关系,划分检具装配结构层次,在此基础上构建变型设计模板,通过分析新产品数模设计特征的相似性进行模板调用。针对检具结构中各类元件的资源特性,通过算法实现结构件参数的自动分配。并结合UG软件的二次开发技术,实现了产品数模与检具模板之间的设计参数联动以及模拟块的生成。最后以汽车保险杠为对象进行应用,验证了该方法在检具设计系统中的有效性。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem that the design efficiency of the inspection tool was not high in the research and development of new products, a modular variant design method for vehicle inspection tools based on template was proposed. The parameter relationship between the product digital model and the inspection tool structure was clarified, and the assembly structure hierarchy of the inspection tool was divided, and the modified design template was constructed on this basis. The template call was made by analyzing the similarity of the design features of the new product digital model. According to the resource characteristics of various components in the structure of the inspection tool, the automatic assignment of structural parameters was realized by the matching algorithm. Combined with the secondary development technology of UG, the design parameter linkage between the product digital model and the inspection tool template and the automatic generation of the simulation block were realized. Finally, the application of the car bumper is carried out, which verifies the effectiveness of the method in the design of the gage.
