摘    要:以光伏及风力发电为代表的分布式电源,其出力的波动性、间歇性及随机性等特点使得所接入的配电网面临来自规划、运行的多重挑战,储能装置的快速响应特性使其成为应对间歇式电源在配电网渗透率日益提高形势下电网安全经济运行问题的重要手段。针对配电网的削峰填谷及平滑负荷变化场景需求,搭建了以成本和电力系统优化运行为目标,同时计及电网和储能装置运行约束的混合储能系统容量优化配置模型,并基于典型储能功能定位计算得出储能类型及容量。算例分析结果表明,该模型智能化地实现了典型场景下混合储能的优化配置。

Abstract:The output fluctuation, intermittence and randomness of distributed generation such as PV and wind generation bring challenges to plan and operation of the distribution network. The rapid response of energy storage device becomes a key means for the safe and economic operation of the power grid with the penetration increase of intermittent power generation. In this paper, according to the demand of peak shaving and valley filling and smooth load changing scenarios in distribution network, a hybrid energy storage system capacity optimization configuration model is built, which takes cost and power system optimization as the goal,and considers the constraints of power grid and energy storage device operation. Based on the typical energy storage function positioning, the storage type and capacity are calculated. The example analysis shows that the optimal configuration of hybrid energy storage in typical scenarios is realized intelligently.
