摘    要:对铣削参数进行优选研究,为此提高铣削加工的准确性,提出了一种优选铣削工艺参数的方法。首先基于模糊理论中的优属度方法和优劣决策,建立单元系统模糊优选理论模型,将各个因素之间的关系利用优属度向量进行表示。然后,通过限制表面粗糙度,并利用优属度向量和表面粗糙度之间的相关性,建立模糊预测模型,应用于优选任意铣削加工的工艺参数。算法与实验表明,该方法可以根据材料的加工要求优选铣削参数,降低了一般情况下选择铣削参数时的实际误差。

Abstract:A preferred study of the milling parameters is carried out. To improve the accuracy of the milling process, a method for optimizing the milling process parameters is proposed. Firstly, based on the superiority method and the superiority and inferiority decision in fuzzy theory, the fuzzy optimization theory model of the unit system is established, and the relationship between each factor is expressed by the superiority vector. Then, by limiting the surface roughness and using the correlation between the superiority vector and the surface roughness, a fuzzy prediction model is established, which is applied to the process parameters of any arbitrary milling process. The algorithm and experiment show that the method can optimize the milling parameters according to the processing requirements of the material, and reduce the actual error when selecting the milling parameters under normal conditions.
