汽车散热器自动穿管机结构设计

摘    要:针对目前汽车散热器在生产过程中采用人工穿管,存在的劳动强度大、生产效率低、产品一致性差的现状,设计了一种用于汽车散热器生产的自动穿管机。文章详细介绍了穿管机的总体方案和主要机械结构,主要由下料机构、自动送料机构、自动抓取机构、穿管机构以及压装收口机构组成,通过伺服布管机构及送料机械手的组合应用实现自动穿管,突破了散热管自动下料、管子编排及穿管导入技术。实际应用结果表明:整体穿管合格率高达99.9%,实现了散热器生产穿管过程的自动化,提高了生产效率的同时提高了产品质量。

Abstract:For the current situation of manual pipe-piercing in the production process of automobile radiator, there are problems of high labor intensity, low production efficiency and poor product consistency. An automatic piercing pipe machine for automobile radiator production is designed. The general scheme and main mechanical structure of piercing pipe machine are introduced in detail. It mainly consists of blanking mechanism, automatic feeding mechanism, automatic grabbing mechanism, piercing pipe mechanism and pressing and closing mechanism,realized automatic pipe-piercing through the combination of servo pipe-laying mechanism and feeding manipulator, breakthrough the technology of automatic unloading of heat sink pipe, pipe arrangement and pipe penetration and insertion. Practical application results show that the qualified rate of integral pipe piercing is as high as 99.9%, which realizes the automatic production of the whole process of radiator pipe piercing, improves production efficiency and improves product quality.
