摘    要:在数字化计量领域,相位差校验是电子式互感器校验仪误差测量中的重要一环,目前各计量机构对电子式互感器校验仪的相位差校准所采取的措施或手段尚未达到完善、准确的程度,尚没有一种方法能够对数字化相位差进行准确、稳定的传递。提出了一种全新的电子式互感器校验仪校准方案,首次将时间量基准引入到数字相位误差的校准工作中,补充和完善现有数字化计量溯源体系。最后,通过大量实际测量数据,分析并验证了所提方法的有效性和准确性。

Abstract:In the field of digital energy metering, phase error calibration is an important part of the error measurement of electronic transformer calibrator. At present, the measures or means adopted by the various measuring institutions for the phase error calibration of electronic transformer calibrator is yet perfect and accurate, and there is no ideal way to achieve accurate and stable transmission of digital phase error. In this paper, a new electronic calibration scheme for electronic transformer calibrator is proposed, which method introduces the time-quantity benchmark into the calibration of digital phase error for the first time, which is a supplement and improvement of the existing digital metrology traceability system. The article analyzes and verifies the validity and accuracy of the proposed method through massive actual measurement data.
