组合模糊综合评价法及其在输电网规划中的应用

摘    要:在输电网规划方案模糊综合评价中,无论是赋权法还是隶属度函数的选取,完全依赖专家偏好,从而导致对同一方案的评价存在差异性,降低了评价结果的可信度。为弱化人为主观选取造成的差异性,提高评价结果的可信度,提出了组合模糊综合评价法。该方法通过构建优化模型将主观赋权法与客观赋权法相结合,有效组合各单一赋权法的优势;同时选取6种典型的中间型隶属度函数作为优选组合的基础,基于优化模型求取组合隶属度,有效融合各专家偏好,从而提高了评价结果的可信度。IEEE Garver-6算例的计算结果表明,所提的组合模糊综合评价法计算方便,评估结果客观性好、可信度高。

Abstract:In the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of transmission network planning, both weighting approach and membership function are selected according to the specialist preferences, which leads to the evaluation deviation of the same scheme and incredibility of the evaluation result. A combined fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is proposed to reduce the differences due to human errors and subjective selection and improve evaluation creditability. The method combines subjective weighting and objective weighting by establishing a optimization model to exert the advantages of each weighting method;it selects six typical intermediate membership functions as the basis of optimal combination to solve the combined membership based on the optimization model and integrate specialist preferences to improve the evaluation creditability. The calculation result of IEEE Garver-6 indicates that the proposed method is characterized by simple calculation, objective evaluation and creditability.
