摘    要:针对传统的采用三闭环控制结构的直线伺服系统存在的响应滞后、容易超调的问题,设计了永磁直线同步电机的位置-电流双环控制系统。对PD调节器与前馈、微分负反馈相结合的新型复合位置控制器进行了研究。在分析了微分负反馈增益参数对直线伺服系统的影响的基础上,对比了该控制器与传统三环结构的性能差异。仿真与实验结果表明,所设计的位置-电流双环控制系统相比于传统三环控制结构,动态响应更快,超调量更小,在对速度控制要求较低的点位位置伺服控制场合中具有较高的应用价值。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of large response hysteresis and overshooting of the three-loop control structure of traditional linear servo, the position-current double loop control system of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor is designed. A new composite position controller combining PD regulator with feedforward and differential negative feedback is studied. Based on the analysis of the influence of differential negative feedback gain on the linear servo system, the performance between the proposed controller and the traditional three-loop structure is compared. Both simulation and experimental results show that the proposed method has faster dynamic response, smaller overshoot and lower vibration noise compared with the traditional three-loop control structure. Moreover, it has high application value in servo systems with that control performance of speed signal is not important.
