面向生产车间的实时监控系统设计

针对离散车间的生产特点及柴油发动机数字化车间在实时监控方面比较落后的问题,对离散车间实时监控现状及某离散企业车间数据采集类型的分析,并对面向柴油机生产的实时监控系统进行了设计。通过设计柴油机车间实时监控系统的总体架构、数据采集方案、数据采集网络及软件管理系统,实现了柴油机生产车间整体实时通讯及人员、设备、物料、测量等生产要素的实时监控,有助于企业管理层实时、准确、可视化的监控生产车间。经过某柴油机企业项目实践,验证了设计的合理性与有效性。

Design of Real-time Monitoring System for Production Workshop

In view of the production characteristics of the discrete workshop and the problem that the digital workshop of diesel engine lags behind in real-time monitoring,the status quo of real-time monitoring of the discrete workshop and the data collection type of a discrete enterprise workshop are analyzed,and the real-time monitoring system for diesel engine production is designed.Through the design of real-time monitoring system of diesel engine workshop overall architecture,data acquisition program,data acquisition network and software management system,we realized the real-time communication of the whole diesel engine production workshop and the real-time monitoring of personnel,equipment,materials,measurement and other production factors.It is conducive to the real-time,accurate and visual monitoring of the production workshop by the enterprise management.The rationality and validity of the design are verified by the project practice of a diesel engine enterprise.
