摘    要:以碱木素为原料制备大分子引发剂,通过原子转移自由基聚合(Atom Transfer Radical Polymerization,ATRP)的方法制备L-g-PBA、L-g-PVac、L-g-PBA-PVAc、L-g-P(BA-Vac)接枝共聚物,通过红外、核磁表征、分子量分析以确定接枝成功。热分析说明接枝共聚物中木素的含量影响了残碳量的大小,侧链的引入对聚合物的热稳定性有着显著影响;同样,DSC分析也表明木素的存在会导致聚合物Tg较单体均聚物显著提高。

Abstract:Alkali lignin was used as raw material to prepare macroinitiator.L-g-PBA,L-g-PVAc,L-g-PBA-PVAc and L-g-P(BA-VAc) graft copolymers were prepared by "graft from" atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP).Infrared,nuclear magnetic characterization,molecular weight analysis to determine graft success.Thermal analysis indicated that the content of lignin in the graft copolymer affected the carbon residue.The introduction of the side chain had a significant effect on the thermal stability of the polymer.DSC analysis also showed that the presence of lignin resulted in a significant increase in the Tg of the polymer over the monomer homopolymer.
