摘    要:飞机全动小翼转动的过程中,由于转轴梁和衬套材料的差异,受力的变化,经常出现内外衬套抱死、打滑的情况,此时就需要对内外衬套进行更换。文章对全动小翼内外衬套的快速更换方法和装配对合尺寸变形控制进行了研究分析,实现了内外衬套的无损拆卸及装配后直接保证尺寸而无需打磨,高效解决了当前衬套更换及再加工难题。

Abstract:in the rotation process of full motion small wing aircraft, due to the difference between the shaft beam and the lining material, the change of the force, the situation of inside and outside the lining’s locked or skidding often appears, at that time, it is necessary to replace the inside and outside lining. take the inside and outside lining of full-motation small wing aircraft for object, This paper studies and analyzes the method of quick replacement and the assemble fitting size’s deformation control, realized the inside and outside lining’s nondestructive disassembly and the directly ensured the size without polishing after assembly, and effectively solves the current problem of bushing replacement and reprocessing.
