摘    要:为适应物流业的快速发展,自动化立体仓库得到了广泛应用。为提高其自动化水平及稳定性,首先进行了整体机构方案设计,包括货叉伸缩机构、升降机构、水平从动行走箱体、传送机构、电气设备及安全装置等,建立立体仓库与激光叉车AGV (Automatic Guided Vehicle)之间的货物传送和调度关系。进行了自动化立体仓库的控制系统设计,采用基于局域网技术的无线通讯方式,传输控制协议为TCP/IP。为实现立体仓库控制的灵活性,采用模块化的设计思想,进行了基于C#的自动化立体仓库监控管理系统开发。最后,搭建了自动化立体仓库示范应用平台,并进行了应用验证。

Abstract:In order to adapt to the rapid development of logistics industry, automated warehouse has been widely used. In order to improve its stability and automation level, the overall mechanism design was carried out firstly, including pallet fork telescopic mechanism, lifting assembly mechanism, horizontal travelling box, transmission mechanism, electrical equipment and safety devices. The relationship between the warehouse and the AGV of laser forklift was established. In this paper, the control system of the automated warehouse was designed, the wireless communication mode based on LAN technology was adopted, and the transmission control protocol is TCP/IP. To realize the flexibility of warehouse control, an automated warehouse monitoring and management system is developed based on C#. In the end, an automated warehouse experiment platform was built and applied to the training room of a vocational college.
