摘    要:CNC在线检测路径规划直接关系到在线检测效率,为生成最短的无干涉检测路径,文章提出一种基于混合粒子群算法(HPSO)的在线检测路径规划方法。采用先避障后优化的规划策略,规划出无干涉的初始检测路径,基于旅行商问题建立优化模型,使用HPSO算法优化测点间检测顺序及特征间检测顺序。针对典型工件进行在线检测路径规划及检测实验,相比于基本粒子群算法的优化结果和人工规划结果,该方法在保证测头安全的前提下,有效缩短检测路径长度,提高了检测效率。

Abstract:CNC on-line inspection path planning was directly related to on-line inspection efficiency.In order to obtain an optimal non-interference inspection path,an intelligent planning method for on-line inspection path was studied.The strategy used was to first avoided obstacles and then optimize paths.The initial inspection path without interference was planned.The optimization model was established based on the traveling salesman problem,and the HPSO algorithm was used to optimize the inspection sequence of measuring points and inspection features.The on-line inspection path planning and inspection experiments were carried out for typical parts.The experimental results show that compared with the optimization results of Particle swarm optimization algorithm and the traditional manual planning method,shorten the inspection path length and improve the inspection efficiency under the premise of ensuring the safety of the probe.
