摘    要:超超临界锅炉水冷壁管横向裂纹已成为制约机组稳定运行的重要因素之一,对其形成原因进行研究并提出有效治理措施具有非常重要的意义。运用理化分析、数值模拟等方式对其水冷壁管横向裂纹产生原因进行分析,并从设备改造、燃烧优化等角度进行有针对性的治理。治理结果表明,在深度调峰已成为常态的现阶段,锅炉水冷壁管横向裂纹产生大幅放缓,治理效果明显。

Abstract:Transversal water-wall tube crack is an important factor to restrict the stable operation of ultra-supercritical boilers. It is significant to study the formation reasons and propose governance measures. The physical and chemical analysis, numerical simulation are employed for analyzing the reasons for transversal waterwall tube crack. Besides, the equipment modification and combustion optimization are employed for governing transversal water-wall tube crack. The governance results show that the cause speed of the transversal waterwall tube crack is slowed down sharply with the constant in-depth peak load regulation, and the governance effects are obvious.
