摘    要:为了研究RV减速器摆线轮和针轮之间各齿啮合力和回差的变化,利用Hertz接触理论,建立摆线针轮啮合的力学模型。利用该模型计算任意啮合状态下的摆线轮上参与啮合的啮合位置和啮合力,同时研究几种修形方式对啮合齿数、空载回差、负载回差和摆线轮上某齿啮合力周期性变化的影响。以减速器RV-40E为例,先用MATLAB软件计算上述各参数,然后用ANSYS Workbench软件验证摆线针齿各齿受力和回差。研究表明:摆线轮的修行方式对机构回差影响较大,摆线轮在运动过程中啮合齿数会有周期性变化。

Abstract:In order to study the changes of meshing force and backlash between the cycloidal wheel and the pin wheel of the RV reducer,the Hertz contact theory is used to establish the mechanical model of the cycloidal pinion meshing.The model is used to calculate the meshing position and meshing force of the cycloidal wheel engaged in meshing under any meshing state.At the same time,the effects of several modification methods on the number of meshing teeth,no-load backlash and load backlash and the periodic variation of the meshing force of a tooth on the cycloidal wheel are studied.Taking the reducer RV-40E as an example,the above parameters are calculated by MATLAB software,and then the ANSYS Workbench software is used to verify the force and backlash of each tooth of the cycloidal pin.The research shows that the practice of the cycloidal wheel has a great influence on the mechanical backlash,and the number of meshing teeth of the cycloidal wheel will change periodically during the movement.
