摘    要:为研究机加工生产线上机床粉尘、油雾等环境属性数据采集监测的方法,研制了一种可集成采集粉尘、油雾等数据的采集工具,针对封闭式和开放式机床制定了数据采集的实验方案,采集了设备级与车间级的数据,通过对粉尘及油雾浓度与采集位置、采样时间的关系研究提出了数据获取方法。结果表明,设备级数据变化较大较快,封闭式机床应在机床门处、开放式机床应根据刀具位置布置采集点,推荐以最高浓度进行描述;而车间级数据采集应划分不同加工区域,各区域浓度相对稳定,推荐以平均浓度进行描述。研究结果可为绿色制造环境数据的获取提供可借鉴的采集设备和方案。

Abstract:In order to study the methods for collecting and monitoring environmental attribute data of machine tool dust and oil mist on machining production line,a collection tool capable of integrating data such as dust and oil mist was developed,and an experimental scheme for data acquisition was developed for closed and open machine tools.The data of equipment level and workshop level were collected.The data acquisition method was proposed by studying the relationship between dust and oil mist concentration,collection position and sampling time.The results show that the equipment-level data changes greatly and quickly.Closed-type machine tools should be arranged at the machine door and open machine tools should be arranged according to the tool position.It is recommended to describe at the highest concentration;and the workshop-level data collection should be divided into different processing areas.The concentration in each region is relatively stable and is recommended to be described as an average concentration.The research results can provide a collection device and solution for the acquisition of green manufacturing environment data.
