智能PID控制技术在制浆造纸过程中的应用进展

摘    要:PID控制技术在制浆造纸生产过程中发挥了重要作用,但它在应用于复杂的实际系统时存在一定的局限性。融合了智能控制思想的智能PID控制技术能克服这些局限性,从而实现对纸张定量,水分的控制。重点关注智能PID控制技术的研究与应用现状,详细介绍智能PID控制技术在制浆造纸过程控制领域内的应用实例,并分析不同种类智能PID控制技术的优缺点,为智能PID控制技术在现代制浆造纸平台上的高效应用提供参考。

Abstract:PID control technology played an important role in paper production process.However,PID control technology has its own limitations when it was used in complex systems.The intelligent PID control technology,incorporated with intelligent control ideology can overcome these limitations to facilitate the control of paper basis weight and moisture contents.Focused on the research and application status of intelligent PID control technology,the application examples of intelligent PID control technology in pulping and papermaking process control field were introduced,and the advantages and disadvantages of different kinds of intelligent PID control technologies were compared,which can be helpful in improving application efficiency of PID technology on modern pulping and papermaking platform.
