摘    要:为研究机制砂混凝土的抗压强度和劈拉强度的变化规律,对低水胶比和20%矿渣掺量下配制C35的机制砂混凝土进行试验研究。试验数据表明:配置机制砂混凝土需要提高砂率,砂率一般宜大于38%;机制砂混凝土的早期强度较天然砂混凝土低,但后期增长较快;相对于天然沙,要更加重视对不同批次机制砂的质量检测;适当提高高效减水剂的掺量可以改善机制砂混凝土的工作性。

Abstract:: To investigate the change laws of compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of ma- chine-made sand concrete, C35 was prepared with 20% slag powder at a low-water binder ratio. The replacement ratio of machine-made sand to natural fine sand was 1 : 0,2: 1,1 : 1,1 : 2,0: 1. The re- sults show that increasing the sand ratio can improve the machine-made sand concrete, that the opti- mal sand ratio is 38%. The strength of the machine-made sand concrete is considerably lower than that of the natural fine sands concrete at the early stage, but it improves at the later stage. Sugges- tions on improving the quality of the machine-made sand concrete were proposed, which include en- hancing the quality control and increasing the water reducer dosage properly.
