| Abstract: | Recent progress and development of organometallic electrophosphorescent polymers, which attracted increasing interest of researchers in the field of phosphorescent light-emitting devices, has been reviewed. The synthesis, structural characterization, photoluminescence, electroluminescence and possible application of electrophosphorescent polymers are surveyed and discussed. This paper is dedicated to the outstanding scientific accomplishments of Professor Ian Manners to the field of inorganic and organometallic polymers. |
