定子模块化分数槽集中绕组电机性能分析

摘    要:通过在两种槽极配置(12槽10极与12槽14极)电机定子非绕线齿中插入间隙,对分数槽集中绕组电机的定子进行模块化设计。使用有限元软件建模仿真,与传统一体式电机进行对比。分析发现,模块化电机定子间隙的存在改变了定子磁路,从而影响电机的电磁特性、转矩特性以及损耗特性。定子间隙对电机性能的影响也同时得以明确,结果表明,定子间隙的存在提升了12槽14极电机的绕组因数、输出转矩,运行效率等。和12槽10极电机相比,少槽多极(12槽14极)分数槽集中绕组电机更适合进行模块化改造。

Abstract:The stator transformation of conventional fractional-slot concentrated windings (FSCW) machines were completed by inserting the stator gap into the unwounded teeth. The mentioned machines had two slot/pole configurations (12-slot/10-pole and 12-slot/14-pole), and the simulations of conventional machines (continuous core) and modular machines were carried out by using the finite element (FE) software. By analyzing the FE results, it was found that the existence of stator gap of the modular machines could change the flux path, which affected the electromagnetic, torque and loss characteristics of the machines. At the same time, it was also clear that the existence of stator gap affected the performance of the machines. The results show that the existence of stator gap of the modular machines enhances the performance of a 12-slot/14-pole machines, which means relative to the 12-slot/10-pole, 12-slot/14 pole fractional-slot concentrated winding machines are more suitable for modular transformation.
