5G通信在采矿装备的应用实践

摘    要:采用现代信息化技术提升传统矿业生产管理水平是矿业发展的必然趋势,采矿装备数字化、智能化是采矿装备实现远程操控和智能驾驶的基础,是智能采矿的关键环节。基于5G通信高带宽、高可靠、低延时特性,城门山铜矿对智能采矿积极探索和试验,推动新技术与矿山融合创新,通过对矿区的110吨矿用卡车及SD52-5推土机进行智能化配套改造,实现了矿用卡车智能驾驶和推土机远程操控作业,在限制区域内实现无人化安全作业场景,为矿山智能采矿应用与实践打造了样板。

Abstract:It is an inevitable trend of mining development to use modern information technology to improve the traditional mining production and management level. Digitalization and intelligentization of mining equipment are the basis for realizing remote control and intelligent driving of mining equipment, and the key link of intelligent mining. Based on the characteristics of 5G communication with high bandwidth, high reliability and low delay, the mine make the exploration and experiment actively in intelligent mining, promoting the new technology and integration innovation in mine. Through the renovation of intelligent supporting facilities on 110 tons of mining truck and SD52-5 bulldozer, the intelligent driving of mining trucks and remote operation of bulldozers are realized , and the unmanned safe operation scene is realized in the restricted area, which creates a model for the application and practice of intelligent mining in mines.
