摘    要:研究了乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物(EAA)的压缩Mullins效应及其可逆回复行为。结果表明,EAA在单轴循环压缩模式下出现明显的Mullins效应,且当压缩应变一定时,在首次循环加载-卸载过程中最大压缩应力、内耗和tanδ均达到最大值,在第二次加载-卸载过程中发生大幅下降,而后下降趋势逐渐减弱;同时,对单轴循环压缩后EAA样品进行热处理,可使其Mullins效应得到一定程度地回复。

Abstract:Compression mullins effect of EAA and its reversible recovery behaviour were systematically investigated.The results showed that the mullins effect of EAA specimen was very obvious under the uniaxial cyclic compression.The maximum compression stress,the internal friction and tanδ all achieved each maximum value during the first loading-unloading when the compression strain was constant,they first decreased largely and then the decreasing tendency became gradually weak during the second loading-unloading.By heat treating the uniaxial compressed specimen of EAA,the Mullins effect was recovered to a certain extent.
