摘    要:针对微网规划综合评价,建立综合评价指标体系,提出基于Apriori算法和模糊理论的改进网络分析法(analytic network process,ANP)算法。在构建指标体系网络层次结构模型的基础上,首先应用Apriori算法挖掘指标间关联规则,剔除不必要的影响关系,简化网络结构模型,优化ANP权重计算结果;再次用三角模糊函数改进判断矩阵的求解方法,用模糊九标度代替九标度法求解指标权重,方便专家给出模糊标度的同时,更能反映专家意见。为了验证所提算法的准确性,应用Homer软件仿真得到微网规划方案,并对其进行综合评价,完成方案优选和排序,为微网规划方案设计提供建议与意见。

Abstract:In order to comprehensively evaluate microgrid planning,an improved analytic network process(ANP)algorithm based on Apriori algorithm and fuzzy theory is proposed and a comprehensive evaluation indicator system is established. Firstly,after building the network hierarchical model of the indicator system,Apriori algorithm is used to search for the association rules between indicators,eliminate unnecessary influence,simplify the network structure model and optimize ANP weight calculation results,Secondly,trigonometric fuzzy function is used to improve the solving method of judgement matrix,and the fuzzy nine scale method is used to replace the nine scale method to solve the indicator weight,which is convenient for experts to give the fuzzy scale and better reflects experts’ opinions. In order to verify the accuracy of the algorithm,Homer software is used to simulate microgrid planning design schemes,which is comprehensively evaluated,optimized and sorted to provide suggestions for the design of microgrid planning.
