摘    要:BTQ001钢的生产流程为230 mm铸坯-2.3 mm热轧板-0.63 mm一次冷轧板-850℃退火-0.27 mm二次冷轧板-1200℃退火,分析各阶段产品显微组织的变化,同时对取向硅钢成品磁性能进行统计。试验研究结果表明,BTQ001取向硅钢热轧加热温度为1280~1300℃,精轧终轧温度控制在950℃、卷取温度为550℃为最佳生产工艺

Abstract:The production flowsheet of BTQ001 steel is 230 mm cast slab-2.3 mm hot rolled plate-0.63 mm first cold rolled sheet-850 °C annealing-0. 27 mm second cold rolled sheet-1200°C annealing, the changes of microstructure of the products in each phase are analyzed, and the magnetic properties of the finished products of oriented silicon steel are statistically analyzed. The experimental results show that the BTQ001 oriented silicon steel optimum production process is to control the heating temperature at 1280 ~ 1300 °C for hot rolling, the finishing rolling at 950 °C and coiling at 550 °C.
