基于压电阻抗效应的套筒灌浆饱满度识别与应用

摘    要:钢筋套筒灌浆连接是装配式混凝土结构中纵向钢筋连接的重要形式,套筒灌浆饱满是保障钢筋有效锚固和应力有效传递的前提。但套筒灌浆属于隐蔽施工工艺,对灌浆是否饱满进行判断颇具难度。文章进行压电阻抗识别套筒灌浆饱满度的试验,研究灌浆料饱满程度及压电片布置位置对压电片电导信号的影响,得到沿套筒高度不同位置处压电片电导信号 频率关系曲线,根据电导信号频谱曲线变化和曲线均方根偏差统计指标RMSD判断套筒灌浆饱满程度。研究结果表明:布置在套筒连接区域上部的压电片测得的电导信号稳定可靠,可以通过该位置处电导信号频谱曲线波峰处谐振频率变化和均方根偏差指标RMSD的变化有效识别套筒内部灌浆饱满度。同时提出工程中基于压电阻抗效应的套筒灌浆饱满度识别和等级评定方法,利用该方法对装配式混凝土框架柱和剪力墙中套筒灌浆饱满度进行识别应用,获得了良好效果。

Abstract:Sleeve grouting connection is an important form of longitudinal steel bars connection in assembled concrete structures,and full sleeve grouting is the premise to ensure effective anchorage and effective stress transmission of steel bars. However,sleeve grouting is a concealed construction technology,and it is difficult to judge whether the grouting is full or not. In this paper,piezoelectric impedance technology is used to identify the sleeve grouting fullness,and the influence of grouting material fullness and piezoelectric chip layout position on the piezoelectric chip conductivity signal is studied. The conductivity signal frequency relationship curve of piezoelectric chip along different position of sleeve height is obtained. According to the change of frequency spectrum curve of conductivity signal and the root mean square deviation (RMSD) of the curves,the filling degree of sleeve grouting can be judged. The results show that the conductive signals measured by the piezoelectric patches arranged at the upper part of the sleeve connection area are stable and reliable. The grouting plumpness inside the sleeve can be effectively identified by the changes of resonance frequency at the peak of the conductive signal spectrum curve and RMSD. At the same time,identification criteria and grading method of sleeve grouting plumpness based on piezoelectric impedance effect are proposed. The identification results of assembled concrete frame columns and shear walls agree well with the real conditions,which proves the effectiveness of the proposed mthod.
