| 摘 要： | 为最大化实现基于BIM的施工管理平台的价值，论文结合目前基于BIM的施工管理平台发展现状，对平台信息质量的量化评估进行了研究，通过分析选择评价要素、设计评价等级、利用层次分析法建立评价模型，提出了基于BIM的施工管理平台信息质量评价方法。评价方法已在四川省九绵高速公路建设项目BIM施工管理平台管控中得到应用，其评价结果定量反映了平台各单位录入信息的质量，也间接提高了平台信息的质量，验证了评价方法的有效性。

| Abstract: | In order to maximize the value of BIM-based construction management platform, this paper studies the quantitative evaluation of platform information quality based on the current development of BIM-based construction management platform. Through analyzing and selecting the evaluation elements, designing the evaluation level, and using AHP to establish evaluation model, this paper puts forward an evaluation method on information quality of the BIM-based construction management platforms. The evaluation method has been applied in the management based on BIM construction management platform of the construction project of Jiuzhaigou-Mianyang Expressway in Sichuan Province. The evaluation results quantitatively reflect the quality of information input by each unit of the platform, and indirectly improve the quality of platform information, which verifies the effectiveness of the evaluation method. |
