摘    要:研究了停放温度和停放时间对氯丁橡胶混炼胶门尼粘度、门尼焦烧、力学性能及硫化特性等的影响。结果表明,停放温度和停放时间对氯丁橡胶混炼胶力学性能和交联程度的影响不大;门尼粘度随停放时间的延长呈线性增大,在32℃室温下增长明显,停放温度越高,增长越加明显;门尼焦烧时间随停放时间的延长先缩短后延长;焦烧时间随停放时间的延长逐渐缩短,且在32℃室温下缩短程度较为明显;工艺正硫化时间随停放时间的延长轻微缩短。

Abstract:Effects of storage temperature and storage period on Mooney viscosity,Mooney scorch,mechanical properties and vulcanization characteristics of neoprene rubber compound were studied.The results showed that the both storage temperature and storage period had a little effect on the mechanical properties and the crosslinking degree.The Mooney viscosity increased linearly with the prolongation of the storage period,and the increase extent was more obvious at the room temperature of 32 ℃,the higher the storage temperature was,the more obvious the increase extent was.The Mooney scorch time shortened first and then prolonged with the prolongation of the storage period.The scorch time shortened gradually with the prolongation of the storage period,the shorten extent was more obvious at the room temperature of 32 ℃.The process optimum curing time shortened slightly with the prolongation of the storage period.
