提高剥片洗涤机组洗涤质量实践

摘    要:随着阴极铜产品质量要求越来越严格,技术人员对影响阴极铜质量的因素进行分析,最终找到了导致阴极铜板面附着酸性杂质的原因。技术人员通过对剥片洗涤机组增加二次洗涤系统,自动夹边条校边装置,优化一次洗涤系统等设备改造,同时规范了工艺操作过程,明确了对喷嘴和洗涤水的清洁要求,通过实践的开展有效地避免机组洗涤后的阴极铜板面附酸的现象,有力地提升了阴极铜产品质量。

Abstract:As the quality requirements of cathode copper products become more and more strict, the technicians analyze the factors that affect the quality of cathode copper, and finally find out the reason that causes the surface of cathode copper to adhere to acidic impurities. Through the equipment transformation of increasing secondary washing system on strip washing unit and automatic clamping strip trimming device, optimizing primary washing system, and standardize the operation process, the cleaning requirements of nozzle and washing water are confirmed. The phenomenon of cathode copper surface with acid after washing is avoided effectively, the quality of cathode copper products is promoted powerfully.
