20钢管LF精炼渣系优化的工业试验

摘    要:通过对中天钢铁公司电炉厂20钢管现行精炼渣系(/%:4~17Si02,17~34Al2O3,40~65CaO)的动力学以及热力学分析,在确保炉渣粘度1.5~2.0 Pa·s的前提下,设计出较高吸附夹杂物能力的LF精炼渣系:(/%:6~15SiO2,24~34Al2O3, 58~65CaO)。试验结果表明,该渣系能够很好地满足20钢管的质量要求,达到了去除钢中夹杂物的目的,其B类夹杂评级均≤1.0。

Abstract:Based on dynamics and thermodynamics analysis on the current refining slag system (/% :4 ~ 17SiO2, 17 ~ 34A12O3 ,40 ?65CaO) of the 20 steel-tube produced at Electric Furnace Plant, Zenith Steel Group Co, the refining slag system (/% :6 ~ 15SiO2,24 ~ 34A12O3,58 ~ 65CaO) for LF is designed, to ensure the appropriate slag viscosity 1. 5 ~ 2. 0 Pa , s and higher ability to sorb inclusions. The experimental results show that the slag system can well meet the quality requirements of 20 steel tube and can achieve the purpose to remove inclusions in steel with B type inclusion rating ≤1.0.
