摘    要:Pt金属催化剂的高成本和结焦失活是制约其在丙烷脱氢(PDH)工艺中应用的重要因素。因此,对Pt催化剂进行改性以及开发廉价的非贵金属催化剂是目前PDH的主流研究方向。本文对Pt/γ-Al2O3催化剂以添加助剂的手段进行性能优化,借助H2-TPR、TG、Raman、TEM等表征技术进行研究,发现Pt-Ga催化剂较Pt-Sn催化剂具有更好的催化性能,表明适量引入Ga元素能够与Pt发生很好的协同作用。此外,制备了Ga-Mo非贵金属催化剂,降低了催化剂失活的速率,获得了良好的脱氢性能。

Abstract:The high cost and coking deactivation of Pt metal catalyst are important factors restricting its application in propane dehydrogenation(PDH) process. Therefore, the main research direction of PDH is to modify Pt catalyst and develop non-noble metal catalyst. In this paper, Pt/γ-Al2O3 catalyst was optimized by adding promoters, and the catalysts were characterized by H2-TPR, TG,Raman and TEM. It was found that Pt-Ga catalyst has better catalytic performance than Pt-Sn catalyst, which shows that proper amount of Ga can have a good synergistic effect with Pt. In addition, Ga-Mo non-noble metal catalyst was prepared, which exhibited low deactivation rate and good propane dehydrogenation performance.
