某微细粒金矿石浮选试验研究

摘    要:云南某金矿石含金3.39g/t,含硫1.19%,金的嵌布粒度极其微细,基本小于10μm,主要充填于毒砂和黄铁矿中。以异丁基黄药和GYM为组合捕收剂进行了浮选试验研究,浮选工艺参数为:磨矿细度-0.074mm占98%、捕收剂用量为300g/t、调整剂碳酸钠用量1250g/t、抑制剂水玻璃用量2000g/t、活化剂硫酸铜用量120g/t,经一次粗选、四次精选和两次扫选闭路浮选流程,获得了金精矿金品位56.61g/t、金回收率81.49%的选别指标。尾矿分析结果显示,部分单体金未充分解离,造成尾矿金品位较高。

Abstract:A gold ore in Yunnan contains 3.39g/t of gold and 1.19%of sulfur.The gold has a very fine grain size,which is less than 10μm,and is mainly filled in arsenopyrite and pyrite.The flotation experiment was carried out with isobutyl xanthate and GYM as the combined collector.The flotation process parameters were:grinding fineness-0.074mm,98%,collector amount,300g/t,adjusting agent,sodium carbonate.The dosage of 1250g/t,the inhibitor water glass dosage 2000g/t,the activator copper sulfate dosage 120g/t,after a rough selection,four selections and two sweeps of closed-circuit flotation process,obtained gold concentrate gold grade 56.61 g/t,gold recovery rate of 81.49%of the selection indicators.The tailings analysis showed that some of the monomer gold was not fully dissociated,resulting in a higher tailing gold grade.
