摘    要:通过对铜电解高速机器人剥片机组运行故障与设备技术要点的分析,策划并实施标准化操作为落脚点,强化工艺操作为前提,夯实日常保全为基础、坚持专业保全为核心、重视设备维修为补充的电解机组运维体系,有效提升了机组设备性能及综合运行效率。

Abstract:Through the analysis of the operation failures and equipment key technical points of copper electrolysis full deposit robot stripping machine, planning and implementing the standardized operation as the foothold, strengthening the process operation as the premise, consolidating the daily preservation as the foundation, insisting on the professional preservation as the core, the performance of the unit and the comprehensive operation efficiency is improved with great importance attached.
