湖北某铜铁矿选矿碎磨工艺优化实践

摘    要:湖北某铜铁矿新系统投产后,碎矿产品粒度-15mm在85%左右,磨矿分级溢流细度-200目在63%~65%之间,与设计值相比均存在较大差距。通过碎矿和磨矿工艺的优化和改进,使碎矿产品粒度-15mm达到95%,分级溢流细度-200目达到70%以上,达到了设计要求,为分选创造了有利条件。

Abstract:After a new copper-iron ore system was put into operation in Hubei Province, the particle size of crushing products is about 85% for - 15mm, and the overflow fineness of grinding classification is about 63%~65%, which is far behind the design value.Through the optimization and improvement of crushing and grinding process, the particle size of crushing products can reach 95% for -15mm, and that of grading overflow can reach more than 70% for - 200 mesh, which meets the design requirements and creates favorable conditions for separation.
