小型风力发电机偏航控制系统实验研究

摘    要:为提高风力发电机发电效率,提出一种基于PLC控制的小型风力发电机偏航控制系统方案,搭建以PLC为控制器,风速风向传感器为检测装置,步进电机为偏航驱动装置的实验平台,重点介绍了基于modbus总线通信的风速风向数据采集、基于PLS指令编程的偏航电机控制和基于MCGS组态软件的上位机监控。经系统测试与实验验证表明,数据采集系统能够实时显示现场风速风向数据,偏航电机能够根据风向的变化而自动迎风,满足了控制要求,取得了良好的控制效果,具有成本低、稳定性好的优点。系统的应用为提高风能利用率提供了保障,为小型风力发电机偏航电机控制提供了参考

Abstract:In order to improve the efficiency of wind turbine, a small wind turbine yaw control system based on PLC was proposed. The experiment platform was built with PLC as the controller, wind speed and direction sensor as the detection device, and stepper motor as the yaw drive device. Wind speed and direction data acquisition based on modbus communication, yaw motor control based on PLS instruction programming and upper computer monitoring based on MCGS configuration software were mainly introduced. The system test and experiment verified that the data acquisition system could display the field wind speed and direction data in real time, and the yaw motor could automatically face the wind according to the change of wind direction, which met the control requirements and achieved good control effect, with the advantages of low cost and good stability. The application of the system provides a guarantee for improving the efficiency of wind energy and provides a reference for the control of yaw motor of small wind turbine
