摘    要:圆盘浇铸机是阳极铜浇铸的关键设备,其设备稳定性和浇铸效率至关重要。针对江西铜业集团贵溪冶炼厂倾动炉圆盘浇铸效率低的现况,进行原因分析,从冶炼工艺和设备出发,查找影响因素,通过技术改造和优化过程控制,使得圆盘浇铸效率稳步提升。

Abstract:Disk casting machine is the key equipment of anode copper casting. Its stability and casting efficiency is very important.Based on the Analysis of the low casting efficiency of disc casting in tilting furnace of Guixi Smelter, the casting efficiency of disc casting has been improved steadily by technical transformation and optimized process control.
