臭氧改性超高压水射流法废旧轮胎胶粉在NR中的应用研究

摘    要:研究了不同臭氧改性时间的胶粉填充NR的硫化特性和力学性能。结果表明,臭氧改性可使胶粉表面引入大量的含氧基团;臭氧改性胶粉填充的NR焦烧时间和正硫化时间均缩短,拉伸强度和定伸应力表现出先上升后下降的趋势。

Abstract:The curing characteristic and mechanical properties of NR filled with the ground tire rubber powder(GTR)treated by ozone for different times were researched.The results showed that a mass of oxygen-containing groups were grafted onto GTR surface by using ozone treatment.Both the scorch time and the optimum curing time of NR filled with ozone treated ground tire rubber powder were shortened,both the tensile strength and the modulus first increased then decreased.
