含铜镁砖回用工业试验研究

摘    要:以贵冶炉体检修残留含铜镁砖为原料,通过破碎和浮选工艺,得到原矿和浮选矿。分别按2t/炉原矿、 1t/炉浮选矿、2t/炉浮选矿配加,在卡尔多炉进行回用工业试验。试验结果 :不添加含铜镁砖时,渣含铜为2.614%;添加2t/炉原矿时,渣含铜为4.602%;添加1t/炉浮选矿时,渣含铜为2.960%;添加2t/炉浮选矿时,渣含铜为2.339%。原矿直接回用无法进行,浮选矿回用获得成功。最终实现高镁铜精矿全部回用的目的。

Abstract:The raw ore and flotation ore are obtained by crushing and flotation process with the copper bearing magnesia brick replaced due to furnace repair in Guixi Smelter. According to the industrial tests of 2t / furnace raw ore, 1t / furnace flotation and 2t /furnace flotation in Caldo furnace, the results show that the copper content in slag is 2.614% without adding copper bearing magnesia brick, 4.602% with adding 2t / furnace raw ore, 2.960% with adding 1t / furnace flotation ore and 2.339% with adding 2t / furnace flotation ore. The direct recycling of raw ore cannot be carried out, and the recycling of flotation ore is successful. Finally, the purpose of recycling high magnesium copper concentrate is realized.
