摘    要:采用真空电弧熔炼工艺制备了FeMoCrVTiSix(x=0、0.3、0.5、1)高熵合金,利用X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜、显微硬度计、万能试验机等设备研究了合金的组织和力学性能。结果表明,x=0时,合金由单一BCC固溶结构组成,随着Si含量增加,合金中逐渐析出(MoCrV)3Si相和(FeCrVSi)2(MoTi)的Laves相,x=1时,Laves相成为主相。随着Si含量增加,合金脆性随之增加,硬度(HV)也呈上升趋势,在x=1时达到最大值1113。

Abstract:High-entropy alloy FeMoCrVTiSix(x=0,0.3,0.5,1)was prepared by vacuum arc melting process.The microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy prepared were investigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM),microhardness tester and universal testing machine.The results reveal that the alloy consists of a single BCC solid solution structure with x=0.With the increase of Si,the(MoCrV)3Si phase and the(FeCrVSi)2(MoTi)Laves phase can be precipitated gradually in the alloy,and Laves phase is dominated in the alloy with x=1.With the increase of Si,the brittleness of the alloy is enhanced,and the hardness is increased,reaching a maximum value of 1113 HV when x=1.
