四类渤海S油田化学驱驱油体系渗流机理及提高采收率特性

摘    要:为筛选出最适合渤海S油田的驱油体系,采用不同实验方法对渤海该油田目前使用的部分水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)、疏水缔合聚合物(AP-P4)、交联聚合物(HPAM+Cr3+新型聚表剂(JBJ-1)驱油体系进行对比研究,分析4类驱油体系的分子结构形态、分子线团尺寸、流变性、注入运移能力和驱油效率等方面进行对比研究。结果表明:在水溶液中JBJ-1具有明显的网络结构,且降解前后JBJ-1均具有相对较大的水动力学半径,表明其良好的抗剪切性能,同时JBJ-1还表现出最大的表观黏度和弹性模量以及优异的微观和宏观驱油性能,在水驱基础上可进一步提高采收率19.88个百分点。新型聚表剂具有比普通化学驱体系更好的增黏能力和抗剪切性,有助于改善地层可建立更好的渗流阻力和驱油能力,可进一步推动化学驱石油储量动用,满足目前渤海S油田的生产需求。但在矿场试验中,应考虑其浓度的优化,以保证其注入性的问题。

Abstract:In order to optimize the most suitable displacement system for Bohai S Oilfield,various laboratory tests were used to compare the displacement performances of available chemical flooding systems,including hydrolyzed polyacrylamide(HPAM),hydrophobic associating polymer(AP-P4),cross-linked polymer(HPAM+Cr 3+)and a new polymeric surfactant(JBJ-1),which presents the comparison of molecular structure,molecular coil size,rheology,mobility and oil displacement efficiency for the 4 displacement systems.Result indicates that the JBJ-1 shows a distinct network structure in aqueous solution and a relatively large hydrodynamic radius before and after degradation,indicating its better performance in shear resistance.the JBJ-1 also shows the largest apparent viscosity and elastic modulus as well as excellent microscopic and macroscopic oil displacement performances.The recovery factor can be enhanced by 19.88 percentage points on the basis of waterflooding development.This new polymer surfactant shows a better performance in viscosity increasing and shear resistance than that of ordinary chemical flooding system,which is beneficial to improve the seepage resistance and oil displacement efficiency.It could further promote the producing reserve of chemical flooding and meet the current production practice of Bohai S Oilfield.The corresponding concentration should be taken into consideration in pilot test to ensure its injectability.
