摘    要:通过X射线衍射(XRD)、氢气程序升温还原(H2-TPR)和热重(TG)分析及催化反应性能评价,研究了铁助剂的添加对Pt/Sn-SBA-15催化丙烷脱氢反应性能的影响。结果表明:适量Fe的添加能促进催化剂表面Pt金属粒子的分散,减少反应过程中积炭的产生,有利于丙烷脱氢反应的进行。但是,过量Fe的加入导致反应过程中介孔材料的结构坍塌和Fe物种的团聚,促进副反应的发生。在本实验中,Pt Fe1/Sn-SBA-15催化剂显示出最佳的反应性能,反应7 h后,丙烷转化率仍然高达50.7%,对应的丙烯选择性能够维持在94.5%以上。

Abstract:By means of XRD, H2-TPR, TG analysis and catalytic performance evaluation, the effect of Fe promoter in the Pt/SnSBA-15 on the catalytic propane dehydrogenation was studied. The results show that the addition of appropriate Fe can promote the dispersion of Pt metal particles on the catalyst surface, reduce the generation of carbon deposition in the reaction process, and facilitate the dehydrogenation of propane. However, the excessive Fe leads to the structural collapse of mesoporous materials and the aggregation of Fe species, which promotes the occurrence of side reactions. In the experiments, PtFe1/Sn-SBA-15 catalyst exhibited the best reaction performance. After 7 hours of reaction, the propane conversion was still as high as 50.7%, and the propylene selectivity was maintained above 94.5%.
