预干燥天然气热风炉炉砖及砌筑工艺优化

2015年11月,江铜贵溪冶炼厂备料车间2#预热式高效燃气炉(以下简称2#热风炉)改造完毕并投入使用,标志着备料车间铜精矿预干燥生产系统全面实施了天然气热风炉替代燃煤热风炉的升级改造项目。根据近年来备料车间2台热风炉炉砖在使用过程中出现的问题,通过对热风炉炉砖及砌筑工艺优化,最终实现了热风炉炉砖使用寿命增长的目的。为进一步推动预干燥燃气热风炉在预干燥工艺的应用提供了实践经验。

Optimization of Brick and Masonry Technology for Predrying Natural Gas Hot-blast Stove

In November 2015, the No. 2 preheating High Efficiency Gas Stove (hereinafter referred to as No. 2 hot blast stove) in the stock preparation workshop of Guixi Smelter was transformed and put into use. It is a sign that the copper concentrate pre-drying production system in the stock preparation workshop has fully implemented the upgrading and transformation project of natural gas hot-blast stove replacing coalfired hot-blast stove. According to the problems of two hot-blast stove bricks in the stock preparation workshop in recent years, by optimizing the hot-blast stove bricks and laying process, the purpose of increasing the service life of hot-blast stove bricks was realized. It provides practical experience for further promoting the application of predrying gas hot air stove in predrying process.
