摘    要:为研究纤维织物增强高延性混凝土(HDC)的单轴拉伸力学性能,设计7组对比试件、21组碳纤维织物和21组玻璃纤维织物增强HDC单轴拉伸试件,研究短PVA纤维掺量、纤维织物配网率和基体类型对拉伸力学性能的影响。结果表明:PVA纤维可有效改善织物 基体的界面特性和试件的破坏形态,提高纤维织物的利用率;随PVA纤维掺量和织物配网率的增加,试件逐渐展现出多缝开裂特征,纤维织物增强HDC的单轴抗拉强度大幅提高。最后,根据试验结果提出与PVA纤维掺量相关的短纤维指数以考虑PVA纤维掺量和织物 短纤维的耦合作用,可用于计算纤维织物增强HDC的抗拉强度,为实际工程中的应用提供依据。

Abstract: In order to study the uniaxial tension behavior of textile-reinforced highly ductile concrete (HDC), 7 reference specimens, 21 specimens reinforced with carbon textiles and 21 specimens reinforced with glass textiles were designed. The uniaxial tension tests were performed to research the effect of the short polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) fibers contents, reinforcing ratio of textiles and the types of matrices on the tensile performance. The research shows that the short PVA fibers can significantly improve the textile-matrix interface properties and failure mode of specimens, and significantly increase the efficiency of fiber textile. With the increase of PVA fibers contents and reinforcing ratio of textiles, textile-reinforced specimens exhibit obviously multiple cracking behaviors. The ultimate tensile strength of textile-reinforced specimens can be improved by increasing the PVA fibers contents or reinforcing ratio of textiles. Finally, based on the experimental results, a fiber index related to the PVA fibers contents was proposed to calculate the ultimate tensile strength of specimens. The index can reflect the effect of short PVA fibers and the coupling effect of short fibers and textiles. The research results can provide foundation for the practical engineering application.
