摘    要:某选矿厂采用优化工艺流程,即将铜精矿品位控制到22%左右,加强钼的回收,再将选钼后铜精矿品位提高到25%的新工艺,在确保铜、金、银回收率略有提高的情况下,新工艺实现了选矿厂铜精矿品位提高到25%左右的同时,钼回收率也提高的目的,并能创下可观的经济效益。

Abstract:A new process is adopted to optimize the technological process, which is to control the grade of copper concentrate to about 22%, strengthen the recovery of molybdenum, and then increase the grade of copper concentrate to 25% after molybdenum separation. When the recovery rate of copper, gold, silver is slightly increased, the new process can increase the grade of copper concentrate to about 25%, and the recovery rate of molybdenum is also increased, which can achieve considerable economic benefits.
