块体非晶合金超塑性成形的研究进展

摘    要:简述了块体非晶合金的研究现状及其超塑性成形技术,重点介绍了温度及应变速率对非晶合金超塑性的影响、块体非晶合金过冷液相区本构模型研究概况以及超塑性成形的应用,提出了块体非晶合金超塑性研究中仍需解决的问题。

Abstract:The research status and the superplastic forming technologies of amorphous alloys were introduced briefly,focusing on the influences of temperature and strain rate on the superplasticity of amorphous alloys,as well as the constitutive model of supercooled liquid zone and application of superplastic forming processes.The problems that need to be solved in the research of superplasticity of amorphous alloys were proposed.
