摘    要:电机本体的齿槽转矩、磁通谐波、定子电流测量误差、负载中的周期性转矩、电机换相和死区效应等因素会造成电机转矩中存在周期性脉动,这种脉动一般会表现在电机整个运行速度范围内,造成电机转速脉动大,不利于电机的高精度转速控制。提出了一种基于新型扩张状态观测器的PMSM周期性转速脉动抑制方法。利用周期性信号的微分特性,构建扩张状态观测器,观测出电机转速脉动中的主要周期性分量,利用自抗扰控制算法对其补偿,以消除转速中的周期性脉动。仿真和实验结果表明,该方法能够对转速实现更好的补偿控制,使得电机转速稳态脉动显著减小,从而提高电机运行的平稳性

Abstract:The cogging torque of the motor, flux harmonics, stator current measurement error, periodic torque in load, motor commutation and dead-time effect will cause periodic fluctuation in the motor speed. This kind of fluctuation will generally be reflected in the whole speed range of the motor, resulting in large fluctuation of the motor speed, which is not conducive to the high-precision motor speed control. A new method of PMSM periodic speed fluctuation suppression based on extended state observer was proposed. Based on the differential characteristics of periodic signals, an extended state observer was constructed to observe the main periodic components of the motor speed ripple. The ADRC algorithm was used to compensate the periodic components of the motor speed ripple so as to eliminate the periodic speed ripple. The simulation and experimental results show that the PMSM periodic speed ripple suppression method based on the new extended state observer can achieve better compensation control for the speed loop, which can significantly reduce the steady-state speed ripple of the motor, thereby improving the stability of the motor operation
