湿热环境用室温固化聚氨酯的研制

摘    要:采用不同类型的多异氰酸酯、低聚物多元醇、扩链剂以及助剂等原料,制备了系列室温固化聚氨酯材料,讨论了原材料种类对聚氨酯弹性体力学性能和工艺性能的影响。结果表明,选用4,4′-二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯(H12MDI)为异氰酸酯,聚氧化丙烯醚多元醇为聚合物多元醇,二乙基甲苯二胺(E-100)为扩链剂并配以特殊助剂制备的室温固化聚氨酯材料具有优异的力学性能和工艺性能,湿热条件对该材料最终性能和工艺性能的影响很小,特别适用于无法提供加热条件的湿热环境中。

Abstract:A series of room temperature vulcanizing polyurethane were prepared by using different kinds of material,such as polyisocyanates,oligomolymer polyols,chain extenders and auxiliars.The influence of the different materials on mechanical properties and processability of the polyurethane elastomers was discussed.The results showed that the room temperature vulcanizing polyurethane prepared with 4,4′-dicyclohexyl methane diisocyanate as isocyanate,polyoxide ether polyols as polymer polyols,diethyl toluene diamine(E-100)as chain extender and adding special auxiliary agent had excellent mechanical properties and processability,the effect of wet-hot conditions on the final properties and processability of the polyurethane was a little.The polyurethane was especially suitable for the hygrothermal environment where heating conditions cannot be provided.
