摘    要:以高纯度的Y2O3、Fe2O3为原料,用固相反应法制备Y3FesO12( YIG)材料,通过VSM、SEM、Agilent 4291B对材料样品进行分析、测试.结果表明,所制备的YIG材料介电常数大约为15,饱和磁化强度μ0Ms约180mT.基于该材料设计环行器,利用Ansoft HFSS仿真软件建立三维电磁场仿真模型...

Abstract:Using high purity Y2O3 and Fe2O3 as raw material,Y3Fe5O12(YIG) materials were prepard by solid state reaction,and the material samples were characterized by VSM,Agilent 4291Band SEM.The prepared YIG material has dielectric constant of about 15 and saturation magnetization μ0M of about 180mT.Based on the prepared material a circulator was designed,and three-dimensional simulation model was set up and simulated using Ansoft HFSS electromagnetic simulation software.Influence of substrate thickness and magnetic field was analyzed on the performance of the circulator.A 6-8GHz bandwidth circulator was prepared,with insertion loss of-0.59dB,isolation of-18dB,VSWR of 1.12 in center frequency f=7GHz,and with maximum insertion loss of-0.87dB,minimum isolation of-15dB,maximum VSWR of 1.36 in frequency range 6 to 8GHz.
