从钼多金属矿中回收钼铋的研究

摘    要:针对广东某钼多金属矿矿石性质复杂、有价矿物呈不均匀嵌布的特点,采用先重选再浮选的工艺回收钼铋.浮选钼时用煤油作捕收剂,Na2S和Na2 SiO3作调整剂,浮选铋时用丁黄药作捕收剂,CA作调整剂,在钼铋给矿品位分别为4.498%和4.053%时,获得钼精矿品位和回收率分别为50.01%和83.30%,铋精矿品位和回收率分别为23.69%和91.34%的指标.

Abstract:In the view of the complexity and the non-uniform dissemination of marketable mineral of a molybdenum polymetallic ore in Guangdong,Mo and Bi minerals were first enriched by gravity concentration,and then recovered by flotation.Kerosene was used as the collector and Na2S and Na2SiO3 as regulators in molybdenum flotation.Butyl xanthate was used as the collector and CA as the regulator in bismuth flotation.When the feed grade was 4.498% Mo and 4.053% Bi,a Mo concentrate with grade 50.01% and recovery rate 83.30%,and a Bi concentrate with grade 23.69% and recovery rate 91.34% were obtained.
